Deadline to request Absentee Ballots

The deadline for a voter to request an absentee ballot for the June 12, 2018 City of Ellsworth School Budget Validation Municipal Referendum Election and State of Maine Primary Election, including a ballot voted in the presence of the clerk, is Thursday, June 7, 2018 unless the voter meets the requirements of and completes a special circumstances application.

Deputy Registrar hours

The City of Ellsworth Registrar of Voters will be in session at Ellsworth City Hall for the June 12, 2018 City of Ellsworth School Budget Validation Municipal Referendum Election and State of Maine Primary Election Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.  The Registrar of Voters and Deputy Registrars will also be in session from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Election Day (June 12, 2018) at all four City of Ellsworth wards.

Extended Registrar hours

The City of Ellsworth Registrar of Voters will be in session from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on June 7, 2018 in preparation for the June 12, 2018 City of Ellsworth School Budget Validation Municipal Referendum Election and State of Maine Primary Election.  Sample ballots for both elections can be viewed at www.ellsworthmaine.gov.

Ellsworth and Fletchers Landing Township residents are encouraged to absentee vote, register to vote, and make name/address corrections to their current registrations during this time.
