The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall, to hear public comment and for consideration of the following requests:
1. Adoption of Minutes from the March 7, 2011 meeting.
2. Preliminary Plan for a Major Subdivision and Pre-application for a Major Conditional Use entitled Shore Road Apartments for Patrick C. Jordan. The proposal is to construct a six-unit apartment building on 0.77 acres (Tax Map 138, Lots 21, 22, and 23) in the R-1 Zone.

3. Pre-application Sketch Plan for a Major Subdivision/Major Conditional Use entitled Beckwith Pines for Senergy Partners, LLC. The proposal is to construct an eight-unit apartment building on 2.3 acres (Tax Map 16, Lot 47) in the C-2 Zone.

4. Preliminary Plan for a Minor Subdivision and Modification to a Major Conditional Use Permit entitled Store Modifications for Ellsworth Investments, LLC. The proposal is to construct a 9,000 square foot retail building on 18.7 acres (Tax Map 11, Lot 4) in the C-2 Zone.

5. Amendments to the City of Ellsworth Code of Ordinances Chapter 19, Article 10, Zone Regulations. To amend Section 10.06, Retail and Service “C-2” Zones to allow construction of new multi-family housing as a permitted use within the zoning district.
