Technical Review TeamThe purpose of the TRT meeting is two fold: 1) to help developers prepare for the Planning Board meeting, and 2) to provide the Planning Board with an opinion on the completeness of the project proposal and on the quality of the information provided.
The TRT, consisting of the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, the Highway Foreman, the Water Superintendent, the Wastewater Superintendent, the Code Enforcement Officer, and the Planner, reviews and comments on specific development proposals that may be or are scheduled to be heard by the Planning Board.
Written findings from the regular TRT monthly meeting will be provided to the Planning Board members for their consideration. The same information will be provided to the applicant upon request.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to request a special TRT meeting prior to the regular TRT monthly meeting. The regular monthly meeting is scheduled on Wednesday immediately following the Planning Board project submittal deadline, at 10:00 am in the Council Chamber. Please call to confirm the date, time, and location of the TRT meeting as it is sometimes rescheduled.
