The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall, to hear public comment and for consideration of the following requests:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the April 3, 2013 meeting.
2. Preliminary Plan for a Major Use Site Development entitled Dunkin Donuts, Kingsland Crossing for Lima Realty Holdings, LLC. The proposal is for a 4,000 square foot fast food and service business on a 48,196 square foot lot (Tax Map 16, Lot 20) in the Commercial Zone.
   1. PUBLIC HEARING AND DETERMINATION OF COMPLETENESS.
3. Final Plan for a Major Use Site Development entitled Moore Community Center for the City of Ellsworth. The proposal is to renovate and expand the existing General Bryant E. Moore School on 2.31 acres (Tax Map 136, Lot 99, to be divided) in the Downtown Zone to allow for a community center. The proposed expansion to the existing building totals approximately 4,483 square feet.
   1. PUBLIC HEARING, DELIBERATIONS, FINDINGS OF FACTS, AND CONCLUSIONS.
4. Final Plan for a Major Use Site Development entitled First Atlantic Healthcare Ellsworth Facility for First Atlantic Healthcare. The proposal is to construct a two-story, two-wing nursing care and assisted living facility on 3.15 acres (Tax Map 136, Lot 99, to be divided) in the Downtown Zone. The proposed building totals 63,626 square feet on two floors.
