At 1pm, on Monday, June 22, 2026, the city will be streaming live in the Council Chambers for the proving process to confirm that each ball is present and ready for the lottery; each ball number represents a unique identification number for one of the conditionally approved applications.
At 5pm, on Monday, June 22, 2026, the city will be streaming live in the Council Chambers for the lottery. The first three balls drawn will be the winners and the order in which the remaining numbered balls are drawn will establish the waitlist order.
Assigned unique identification numbers: 5, 37, 38, 39, 42, 64
Information about an applicant’s assigned identification number will not be present at the lottery. The city will not be able to verify or confirm any names or addresses associated with the unique identification numbers at the time of the lottery.
The city will not be able to take or respond to audience questions or comments during the lottery. The audience is welcome to observe but not participate in the process of drawing numbers.
Following the lottery, winners will receive a written invitation, from the city, to proceed with the licensing process in order to obtain a final local license.
