Our friends at Heart of Ellsworth are seeking proposals from consultants to conduct a Downtown Building Inventory & Development Readiness Assessment.
This exciting project will help identify underutilized spaces, explore opportunities for additional housing and business growth, and create a clearer picture of how downtown Ellsworth can continue to thrive in the years ahead. The work will inventory downtown buildings, document current uses and vacancies, and identify opportunities for future investment and development.
The assessment is part of a broader effort to support housing, economic vitality, and historic preservation in downtown Ellsworth.
