Duties include preparing warrants for all departments, purchase orders and requisitions, prepares and reconciles 1099’s annually, daily deposits, and codes receipts and keeps records of cash. Skills include knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures, the ability to maintain records and prepare reports, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A qualified candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment and provide excellent customer service.
