  • Ellsworth Moose Lodge #2698, 47 Foster Street, for renewal of a City Class B License (Victualer, Liquor and Amusement) and renewal of a State Liquor License.
  • Twin Hills Cottages of Acadia, 210 Twin Hill Road, for renewal of a City Lodging License.
  • Acadia Provisions, 425 High Street, for renewal of a City Class C License (Victualer and Liquor) and renewal of a State On Premise Beer and Wine Liquor License.

  2. Council Order #042602, Public Hearing and action on the request of the Director of Social Services to repeal Chapter 36, the Maine Municipal Association General Assistance Ordinance (2024) and replace it with the updated Maine Municipal Association General Assistance Ordinance (2025).
  3. Council Order #042603, Public Hearing and action on the request of the Deputy City Manager to approve funding for a Municipal Partnership Initiative with MaineDOT for phase 1 of Bayside Road engineering and construction.
  4. Council Order #042604, Discussion and potential action on the request of the Public Works Director to accept DEP grant funds for the Wastewater Project.

Council Order #042608, Discussion and potential action on the request of the Deputy Finance Director to reallocate funds from the City’s Capital Reserve Fund to the Code Enforcement Violator Enforcement Fund to cover costs associated with the demolition of a dangerous building on Fairground Road.
  9. Council Order #042609, Discussion and potential action on the request of the Public Works Director to accept the proposal for long line striping and pavement markings painting.
  10. Council Order #042610, Discussion and potential action on the consideration of a Pre-Agreement (Letter of Intent) for the future acceptance of the Courthouse Road, pursuant to City Ordinance Chapter 56, Article 9, Section 17.3, and as outlined in the Development Agreement with the State Judiciary.
