May 17, 2021 – This announcement serves to notify the public that Franklin Street between Main Street and Store Street in downtown Ellsworth will be closed to vehicular traffic to setup the Franklin Street Parklet / outdoor public dining beginning Monday, May 24th, at 7am until Tuesday, September 7th, at 5pm. This closure may be extended if necessary and an announcement regarding any extension will be issued in order to notify the public. Those trying to access City Hall or the Municipal Parking Lot can do so through the State Street, School Street to Store Street, or Church Street entrances. Thank you for your understanding.
