Last week, Ellsworth City Manager Charlie Pearce and Senator Nicole Grohoski had the privilege of meeting Marcus Jefferson, a Canadian expatriate and French Foreign Legion veteran. Marcus shared his incredible journey to raise mental health awareness through a remarkable expedition: walking across North America from the Arctic Ocean to the Pacific Coast, and then to the East Coast.
