The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. 5. Preliminary Plan Review for a Major Use Site Development entitled A & B, LLC for Aaron Wiswell. The proposal is to construct a 1,512 SF automated car wash building on a 0.66-acre parcel (Tax Map 135 Lots 13 & 14 & Tax Map 134 Lot 150) located at 59 & 61 High Street and 62 Deane Street. The subject property is located in the Downtown (DT) Zoning District.
