This form is for Ellsworth area community organizations and agencies that would like to share volunteer or community outreach opportunities through the City of Ellsworth Community Engagement and Volunteer Opportunity webpage. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that information will be shared. All requests will be reviewed prior to posting. Requests should be accompanied by the organization name, contact details including name of a person to contact within the organization, the volunteer opportunity and how those interested may contact.
