PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for December 6, 2023

   

The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting.   2. Adoption of Minutes from the November 1, 2023 regular meeting.
  3. Shoreland Zoning Review of a Residential Project for Owners Richard & Debra Morrin and Applicant Nathan Butler. The proposal is a single-family home with a garage and deck located in a Shoreland Zone. The size of the project will meet or exceed 3,000 square feet. The subject property is an approximately 1.4-acre lot located at 264 Branch View Drive (Tax Map 81 Lot 39) in the Drinking Water and Drinking Water Protection Zones.
