Call meeting to order.

Approve minutes from February.

Old Business:

Discuss: 2025 budget that was submitted.

Discuss: CLG – Need to revise ordinance, include language regarding 60 days to fill position on Commission. Planning Department can assist with this. This should be a priority item.

Ellsworth City Hall State Seal: Update & Handout about its history.

Update Commission about committee progress regarding survey of historic properties and mailer.

New Business:

Webinar on March 21 at 1:00 PM –  “The Use of Substitute Materials on Historic Building Exteriors.”

 

National Park Service will offer a FREE webinar on the application of Preservation Brief 16: The Use of Substitute Materials on Historic Building Exteriors, presented by Technical Preservation Services. This webinar will cover the recent guidance updates published in October 2023, including considerations for the appropriate use of substitute materials with case study examples.
