5. Review of Revised Certificate of Appropriateness for “Remove handicap accessible ramp/build normal wooden stairs” for Applicant Sean & Katherine McCarthy. The proposal is to remove a contemporary handicap ramp and build modern stairs which will be painted red and white to match the home. 6. Review of Certificate of Appropriateness for “building that will be rebuilt on the footprint of the (demolished) shed” for Applicant Christina Holt. The proposal is to rebuild on the site of an old shed that we agreed to the necessary demolition of in our February meeting. It is to be rebuilt to emulate the shed that was demolished. The subject property is located at 65 Pine Street (Tax Map 134 Lot 107) in Ellsworth.
