Tuesday, May 27, the end of Deane Street, where it intersects with High Street, will be closed. Public Works will be conducting work on Water Dept. boxes in the southbound lane of High Street at this location. Southbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane through the work zone. Work is scheduled to take place in the morning. Drivers travelling towards High Street on Deane Street will be redirected.
Wednesday, May 28 at approximately 1 a.m. on, Public Works will close both southbound lanes of High Street near 211 High Street (in front of Pizza Hut) to conduct work on Water Dept. boxes. During this time, alternating one-way traffic will be in place to allow vehicles to travel both northbound and southbound through the area.
