The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 2. Final Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development entitled Ellsworth Tractor & Equipment for Applicant/Owner Michael Saucier. The proposal is to construct a commercial tractor and power equipment sales and service facility. The subject property is an approximately 10-acre lot located at 500 High Street (Tax Map11 Lot 7) in the (C) Commercial Zoning District.
