Last week, five members of our City of Ellsworth team attended Municipal Innovation Day at Northeastern University’s Roux Institute. Yes, we left inspired, energized, and full of ideas.
We spent the day learning from municipalities across the state, hearing about innovative solutions, and making valuable connections with other local government professionals. Most importantly, we were there with one goal in mind: to bring back ideas that help us better serve Ellsworth residents.
From technology and operations to community engagement and service delivery, it was a great reminder that cities everywhere are working on the same challenges and that we’re stronger when we learn from one another.
Grateful for the opportunity and excited to put what we learned to work right here at home. 💙
