If you haven’t noticed the street sweeper out and about recently, here’s a quick update from the City of Ellsworth Public Works team.
Our original street sweeping schedule has experienced a delay because the street sweeper is currently undergoing needed maintenance and repairs.
We know clean streets matter … especially this time of year as sand, dirt, and winter debris continue to build up along roads and curbs. Our crews are working hard to get the sweeper repaired and back in service as quickly as possible.
So, if you don’t see us sweeping during the day, just know we haven’t forgotten about it. We’re simply getting the equipment back into shape so we can return to the work safely and efficiently.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding, and we’ll be back at it as soon as possible.
