One of the most exciting parts of launching our new brand is seeing it come to life!
We’re opening pre-orders for City of Ellsworth branded apparel, including six different T-shirt styles, and a cool ball cap. We hope you’ll find something you and your teams will like.
Cost of T-shirt = $20 total
Cost of ball cap = $25 total

How to place your order:
- Go to this shared location – City Photo Share > City Brand June 2026 > SWAG
- Open the Excel order form called City of Ellsworth Apparel Pre-Order Form
- Click on the tab for your department at the bottom of the spreadsheet. You may need to scroll over to find your team.
- Enter your first and last name on the next available row.
- Select your preferred T-shirt style (1-6), color, and size.
- Fill in the details! You’ll see handy pull-down menus in some of the cells.
- Indicate whether you’d like a cap. Yes/No pull-down menu
- If you’d like additional shirts or hats, enter those quantities as well.
- Please include a phone number in case we have questions about your order.
Once the ordering window closes, we’ll submit one combined order to our vendor. When the apparel arrives, department managers will distribute items to their teams.
Managers may choose to purchase T-shirts or hats for staff using available Employee Appreciation funds within their department budgets and following the Employee Appreciation Fund policy. Here’s the policy as a reminder: Employee Appreciation Fund Policy
Staff who wish to purchase apparel personally will also have that opportunity. If using personal funds, a check or cash must be delivered to Finance prior to the full order being submitted.
