At the June 19, 2023 City Council meeting, the City Councilors awarded a certificate commemorating Captain Shawn Willey of the Ellsworth Police Department for 20 years of service to the City of Ellsworth. The City is grateful for the work Captain Willey does in our community and we thank him for his dedication and service.
