A friendly reminder to our community on behalf of concerned citizens: Please avoid honking your horn when passing by areas with horses. Sudden loud noises can startle them and create a safety risk for both the animals and their handlers. We also ask that you be mindful of driving past horses and their handlers if they are near the roadway and, when possible, allow three feet of space when passing.
