Election workers needed for upcoming elections

The City of Ellsworth is looking for citizens that are willing to work during State and Local Elections. The City has 4 wards that require a certain level of staffing to assist voters each election. The duties include welcoming voters, registering new voters, handling ballots and preparing end of night tally sheets. State elections are the 2nd Tuesday’s in June and November. City elections are normally running concurrent with the State, with an occasional special election as needed. Election workers must be registered to vote.
