Types of materials accepted by the waste contractors:
- Acids (Battery, Muriatic, etc.)
- Adhesives/Solvents
- Antifreeze (Used)
- Automobile Fluids (Brake, etc.)
- Chemicals (Pool, Photo, etc.)
- Cleaners (Oven, Drain, etc.)
- Lighter Fluid
- Linseed Oil
- Paint
- Remover/Thinners
- Pesticides/Fungicides/Herbicides
- Oil-Based Paint and stain
- Oil Waste (from cars, trucks, etc.)
- Transmission Fluid
- Turpentine/Varnish
Waste items not taken:
- Alkaline (Flashlight) Batteries
- Asbestos containing materials
- Car, Lawn Mower & Boat Batteries
- Commercial or Industrial Waste
- Fireworks/Explosives/Ammunition
- Pharmaceutical or Biological Waste
- Non-toxic Trash
- Propane Tanks
- Smoke Detectors (radioactive)
