The Ellsworth City Council will be discussing and taking action on a proposed ordinance to provide controls on the use of illegal moorings and anchorages on Great Ponds within the City of Ellsworth. The proposed ordinance establishes a Mooring Control Area and provides provisions for allowed activities within this area.
