New Deadline: Bids are now due on September 18 at 9am.
The owners of the building located at 10 State Street, Ellsworth, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide individual bids for the following services to the Main Street Facade:
Window Replacement: Replace six street-facing windows – one picture window and five smaller windows.
Window Trim: Repair and/or replace rotted wood trim around windows as needed.
Exterior Site Prep and Painting: Scrape, prime, and paint top snow gutter, windows, and storefront with paint provided by tenant and/or owner.
This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project.

Bids submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place immediately following the bid deadline and will be open to the public. The City of Ellsworth reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
