The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 in the Council Chambers, of Ellsworth City Hall, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following requests:

- ANNUAL ELECTION: Board of Appeals Chairperson and Secretary, per City of Ellsworth Code of Ordinances, Unified Development Ordinance ~ Chapter 56 Article 13 – Board of Appeals.
- PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Loren Clarke for a variance to the minimum lot size requirement allowing construction of an additional dwelling on the property located at 166 Hansons Landing, (Tax map 111 lot 37), in the DW (Drinking Water) zone.
