PUBLIC NOTICE
The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appealsis scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025 in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:

1. ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the April 7, 2025 meeting.
2. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Mr. Corey Weigand to hear an administrative appeal ofthe decision of the Code Enforcement
Officer to not refund permit fees for permits approved for 59 Franklin Street (Map/Lot 134-33) in the Downtown Zoning District.
3. ADJOURNMENT

Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments, on agenda items, can be made at City Hall during the Board meeting. Emailed comments are accepted at codcfigellsworthmaine.gov by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing, for Board Members review. Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the YouTube page.
