The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals is scheduled for Monday, November 27, 2023, in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:
AGENDA
- ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the October 23, 2023 meeting.
- PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Lewis and Gloria Sirois for a variance to the ten-foot sideline setback reduced to seven feet. The property is located at 7 McDonald Avenue on Tax Map 137 Lot 36 in the (N) Neighborhood Zone.
- ADJOURNMENT:

HEARINGS:
Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments on agenda items are accepted by either emailing to code@ellsworthmaine.gov or mailing to the attention of Code Enforcement by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing for Board Members review.
Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the City of Ellsworth, Maine Facebook page and YouTube page; as well as recorded and made available live on Spectrum Channel 1303.
