The special meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:
AGENDA
1. ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the February 28, 2022 meeting.
2. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Krystal Brouty for a Variance to the front setback of 50’ down to 34’ abutting Autumn Road. The property is located at 73 Autumn Road (Tax Map 92 Lot 35-5), in the Drinking Water Zone.
3. ADJOURNMENT:

HEARINGS:
Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments, on agenda items, can be made at City Hall during the Board meeting. Emailed comments are accepted at code@ellsworthmaine.gov by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing, for Board Members review.
Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the City of Ellsworth, Maine Facebook page and YouTube page; as well as recorded and made available live on Spectrum Channel 1303.
