PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals will be held on Monday January 27, 2020 in the Council Chambers of Ellsworth City Hall at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following requests:
AGENDA
1. ANNUAL ELECTION: Board of Appeals Chairperson and Secretary, per City of Ellsworth Code of Ordinances, Unified Development Ordinance ~ Chapter 56 Article 13 – Board of Appeals.
2. PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION:
- Request of Romaine Turyn and Adrienne Turyn to reunite both Salsbury’s Island and Teachers Island, for assessment purposes, and reverse the creation of two lots/islands by the Assessor for the properties reference by Map 100 Lots ISL-002 and 003, located in the DP zone.
