The special meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals is scheduled for Thursday May 23, 2024, in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:
AGENDA
- ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the January 22, 2024, hearing.
- PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Lisa JB Carter for a variance to construct a 22’ x 32’ garage on an existing slab located 11’ from the property line and needing 9’ of relief from the 20’ setback requirement. The property is located at 345 Gary Moore Road on Tax Map 117 Lot 14-2 in the Rural Zone.

HEARINGS:
Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments on agenda items are accepted by either emailing to code@ellsworthmaine.gov or mailing to the attention of Code Enforcement by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing for Board Members review.
Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the City of Ellsworth, Maine Facebook page and YouTube page; as well as recorded and made available live on Spectrum Channel 1303.
