PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for July 1, 2026

The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 2. Adoption of Minutes from the June 3, 2026 regular meeting.
3. Preliminary Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development Plan entitled Anchor In Campground for Applicant and Owner Superior Realty, Inc. The proposal is to construct a 28-site recreational vehicle campground. The subject property is an approximately 52-acre lot located at 566 Bayside Road (Tax Map 5 Lot 46-1) located in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

4. Final Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development Plan entitled E. O’Halloran, Inc. for Applicant and Owner P.E. O’Halloran Inc. The proposal is to construct a paved area for display, storage and sales of storage containers and sheds. The subject property is an approximately 13.9-acre lot located at 923 Bangor Road (Tax Map 75 Lot 13-1) in the Rural (R) Zoning District.
