PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for September 2, 2026

A regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (TEAMS) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting.   3. Preliminary Plan Review of a Major Subdivision entitled Boulder Creek Subdivision for Applicant and Owner Little Duck Pond Forest, LLC. The proposal is to create 11 residential lots. The subject property is an approximately 1662-acre lot located on Nicolin Road (Tax Map 93 Lot 1) in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

  4. Final Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development Plan entitled Anchor In Campground for Applicant and Owner Superior Realty, Inc. The proposal is to construct a 28-site recreational vehicle campground. The subject property is an approximately 52-acre lot located at 566 Bayside Road (Tax Map 5 Lot 46-1) located in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

  5. Revision to an approved Major Subdivision Plan entitled Beechland Terrace IIA for Applicant and Owner Colton Sanborn & Tyler Kennedy. The proposal is to reconfigure lots 5A and 5B. The subject properties are approximately 0.5-acres and 1.22-acres located at 128 Beechland Road and 67 Grand View Road (Tax Map 15 Lot 33-2-1 and Tax Map 15 Lot 33-2) in the (N) Neighborhood Zoning District.
