The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Historic Preservation Commission will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

3. Review of EHPC function and City of Ellsworth Chapter 39 Historic Preservation Ordinance

4. Certificate of Appropriateness Review for Alteration to an Existing Structure (Barn) located on a Historic Site. Applicant: Cale Jacobsen, Owner.

The proposal is to repair and replace damaged siding and trim on barn exterior (in kind, matching original feature). Also altering or replacing exterior door to be more functional. The subject property is the located at 10 Surry Road  (Tax Map 134, Lot 226) in Ellsworth.
