AGENDA for May 8, 2024

 The Ellsworth Historic Preservation Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall to review a “Certificate of Appropriateness” for renovation and repairs at City Hall.

  4.  Certificate of Appropriateness Review for “Reconstruction of a Historic Site/Landmark” for Applicant Jim McLean, Building Manager, Ellsworth City Hall. The proposal is to repair the chimney by taking the existing brick chimney and liner down to the roof level and rebuilding. The subject property is located at 1 City Hall Plaza (Tax Map 136, Lot 189) in Ellsworth.
