JOINT WORKSHOP of the PLANNING BOARD and CITY COUNCIL
The Ellsworth Planning Board and Ellsworth City Council will conduct a joint workshop on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chamber at City Hall. The public is welcome to attend this workshop, though it does not include a public hearing. The purpose is to hold a work session between the City Council and Planning Board, along with City staff and consultants, to hear a presentation and general overview of potential amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance, with particular focus on the medium- and large-scale solar energy systems impacted by the current moratorium imposed on those developments. A quorum of the Planning Board and/or City Council may be present.
