The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 4. Final Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development entitled Kingsland Storage Center for Applicant/Owner Bomarc Commercial Ellsworth LLC. The proposal is to construct a 29,200 square foot self-storage building. The subject property is an approximately 1.9-acre lot located at Kingsland Crossing (Tax Map 16, Lot 8) in the Commercial (C) Zoning District.
