PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for August 7, 2024
The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 2. Revision to an approved Major Use Site Plan entitled Old Mill Property Development for Applicant Tim Stone and Owner Arbor House Properties, LLC. The proposal is to amend the water system to accommodate fire hydrants and increase the water system to a six-inch line.
