PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for August 2, 2023
The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 3. Final Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development entitled Reef Rock Storage for Applicant Plymouth Engineering, Inc. and Owner RO Enterprises. The proposal is to create a self-storage site with 3 storage buildings. The subject property is an approximately 29.8-acre lot located at 1642 Bangor Road (Tax map 112, Lot 7) in the Drinking Water (DW) and Resource Protection (RP) Zoning Districts.
