The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 2. Preliminary Plan Review of a Major Use Site Development and a New or Existing Subdivision entitled Nova Plaza for Applicant/Owner JC Cowboys Realty, LLC. The proposal is to construct a two-story mixed-use building with four commercial units on the first floor and three residential units on the second floor and a stand-a-lone observation platform. The property is an approximately 1.49-acre lot located at 99 Bangor Road (Tax Map 59 Lot 50) in the Urban (U) Zoning District.
