PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for June 2, 2021

The Ellsworth Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, June 2, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall to conduct the following business, hear public comment and consider the following requests:

1. Call to Order

2. Adoption of Minutes from the May 5, 2021 meeting.

3. Final Plan Review for a Major Use Site Development and Subdivision of New and Existing Structures entitled Maine SS1, LLC dba 1 Stop Self Storage for Maine SS1, LLC. The proposal is to renovate and expand an existing self-storage facility on a 3.5-acre parcel (Tax Map 31 Lot 10-1) located at 36 Hagans Elbow. All of the subject property is located in the Rural Zone.

a. PUBLIC HEARING, DELIBERATION, FINDING OF FACTS AND CONCLUSION

4. Preliminary Plan Review for a Major Use Site Development and Subdivision of New and Existing Structures entitled XL Space for Rocky Pond LLC. The proposal is to construct a 43-unit self-storage facility on a 1.76-acre parcel (Tax Map 75 Lot 11-1) located at 1000 Bangor Road. All of the subject property is located in the Drinking Water Zone.

a. PUBLIC HEARING AND DETERMINATION OF APPLICATION COMPLETENESS

5. Preliminary Plan Review for a Major Use Site Development and Major Subdivision entitled Denver Trails for Ceban Investments. The proposal is to construct seven, four-unit multi-family dwellings on a 6.5-acre parcel (Tax Map 58 Lot 19-3) located at 21 Denver Way. All of the subject property is located in the Urban Zone.
