PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for March 1, 2023

The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. The subject property is an approximately 2-acre lot located at 6 Downeast Highway (Tax Map 128, Lot 8) in the Commercial (C) Zoning District.
