The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (ZOOM) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City of Ellsworth Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 3. Preapplication Sketch Plan Review for a Major Subdivision entitled Morgan Woods for Applicant/Owner Morgan Woods, LLC. The proposal is to create a seven-lot major subdivision on Bucksport Road (Tax Map 31, Lot 46-1), located in the Rural (R) Zoning District.

The proposal is to create a 12-lot major subdivision on Garland Road/Jesse’s Beach Way (Tax Map 107, Lot 17), located in the Rural (R) and Limited Residential Shoreland (LR) Zoning Districts.
