PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for October 7, 2026
A regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (TEAMS) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 3. Revision to a previously approved Major Subdivision entitled Short Street Subdivision for Applicant and Owner C2J2K2, LLC. The proposal is to reconfigure lots 16 & 14. The subject properties are an approximately 0.86-acre lot and a 0.315-acre lot located on Short Street (Tax Map 128 Lot 16 Tax Map 129 Lot 14) in the Commercial (C) Zoning District.
