PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE and AGENDA for November 4, 2026

A regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 403-B, the Planning Board has adopted a policy governing remote participation in its proceedings. In the event that public participation through remote methods (TEAMS) is permitted, additional information about accessing the meeting remotely will be posted at www.ellsworthmaine.gov and on the City Facebook page by noon on the day of the meeting. 3. Proposed amendments to Chapter 56 Unified Development Ordinance Article 8 Section 806 -Campground Performance Standards and Article 14 – Definitions. The proposed amendments intend to strengthen campground performance standards and update definitions for clarity.
