Site Visit for the Route 180 Project[Continuation of August 2, 2017 meeting]
The Ellsworth Planning Board will meet on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 8:30 AM at the Route 180 Project (located on the Mariaville Road/Route 180, about 0.3 miles northeast of the intersection with the Bangor Road/Route 1A on the southeast side of the road) to conduct a site visit for the project described in the agenda.
Site Visit Meeting Agenda
1. Route 180 Project Site Visit.Bridgetwin, LLC is proposing to create a pad site of about 100,000 SF on a 24-acre parcel off Route 180/Mariaville Road (Tax Map/Lot: 50/39), in the Urban Zone.
2. Adjournment.
The purpose of the site walk is to orient the Planning Board to the physical characteristics of the site and the anticipated changes to the site resulting from the proposed development.
The applicant or applicant’s representative will be present at the site walk.
The Planning Board Chairman will lead the site walk. The discussion between the applicant/applicant’s representative and the Planning Board will focus on the physical characteristics of the site and on the location of the proposed project. Substantive comments in support or opposition of the proposed project will be reserved for the next meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend. The Planning Board Chairman may elect to allow the public to make comments.
