The City of Ellsworth is seeking a certified Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Administrator and Housing Rehabilitation Technician to administer a proposed program to repair and replace single-family houses. RFP available on May 25, 2017 and due on June 12, 2017, at 3:00 PM.
