PUBLIC NOTICE
The special meeting of the Ellsworth Board of Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2023, in the Ellsworth City Council Chambers, at 6:30pm to hear public comment and/or consideration on the following request/s:

- ADOPTION OF MINUTES: from the July 24, 2023 meeting.
- PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION: Request of Gordon and Stephanie Swett for an Administrative Appeal to the Road Opening permit issued October 18, 2022. Chapter 56-Unified Development Ordinance, Article 9 – Street Design and Construction Standards, Section 910.3 (Access Management – Alignment/Offset/Spacing) to allow two driveways on the property. Property is located at 130 Bayside Road on Tax Map 15 Lot 20 in the (N) Neighborhood zone.
- STAFF DISCUSSION ON BOARD – MEETING STARTING TIME.

HEARINGS:
Meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 City Hall Plaza. Public comments on agenda items are accepted by either emailing to code@ellsworthmaine.gov or mailing to the attention of Code Enforcement by 12:00pm on the date of the hearing for Board Members review.
Meeting will continue to be broadcast live on the City of Ellsworth, Maine Facebook page and YouTube page; as well as recorded and made available live on Spectrum Channel 1303.
