The City of Ellsworth is accepting proposals for a Strategic Marketing with a focus on a branded marketing strategy, website design & development, recruitment & retention programs, video & photography, and social media.
Proposals will be accepted until 4pm Friday, August 25, 2023; all proposals will be opened publicly at that time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals should be marked “SAFER Marketing Program” and mailed to:
